- Preheat Oven to 350 °F. Use a small baking pan or muffin tin. Grease the inside of the baking dish with coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.
- Preparing the Dough. Mix the oats, flour and peanut butter. Add water to bring it together. You can do it by hand or with a mixer. Keep doing this until you get a biscuit texture.
- Bake the Dough. Push the dough into the baking tin. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- Preparing the Icing. Mix 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 tbsp of yogurt. When ready, spread on top of the pastry. If you use a cake squeezer, it will be more beautiful. Finally, place the sliced bananas on top of the icing.
Notes
- You can also use blueberries or strawberries instead of bananas.
- Greek yogurt is a good substitute for light yogurt.
