- Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Beat the egg and set aside.
- Combine the applesauce, oat flour, and oats in a bowl. Pour all but 1 tbps of the egg over the mixture and set aside the remaining 1 tbps of egg. Mix until it has the consistency of pasta. It should be slightly sticky. Add more list if needed.
- When the dough is ready, shape it as you like. I cut them into bone shapes.
- Place the shaped treats on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the top of each treats with the remaining egg.
- Bake for cca. 20-25 minutes, until they're slightly browned and become crispy.
